Customer Service Representative   Job Overview: The primary function of a CSR is to communicate with the customers, take orders and bill out invoices.  When taking orders, you will need to be educated across our wide range of products. This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the CSR Manager.  Essential Job Functions: + Service customers via emails, over the phone, or face to face. + Take orders from customers. + Handle Customer billing and cash deposits. + Assist in separating mail. + Possibly prepare deposits on weekends. + Able to answer main switchboard, assisting the receptionist if needed. + Process driver tickets and invoicing. + Listen to the customer queries patiently and solve it. + Respond to the problems of the customer promptly. + Maintain records of interactions with the customers in an orderly manner. + Must be articulate and a confident communicator. + Extremely efficient and accurate with data entry, Proficient in Microsoft applications. + Must demonstrate patience when communicating with customers. + Knowledge of customer services ethics, principles and procedures. + Proficiency in administrative and documentation procedures. + Versatile and willing to adapt to a situation with a customer. + Coordinate with the internal department and/or supervisor to find solutions and resolve matters. + Maintain a follow up on the customer, to ensure they are satisfied with our company. Qualifications / Experience / Education: + High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of related experience - preferred. + Strong computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel. + Able to pass 7-year criminal background check.
