Job Responsibilities:
Serves as customer service representative and primary responder when there are customer complaints or inquiry through phone assistance.Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport to every caller.100% real time service ticket creation in TechServe and JIRA.Monitors the progress of service ticketsResponsible for facilitating the survey/feedback system to every customer with job tickets for closure.Monitors monthly service calls, service accomplishments, and pending jobs for technical service assistance.Responsible for answering customer calls, responding to SMS and email inquiries related to service requests from internal and external customers.Serves as SAP/INSITE support for Technical and responsible for the coordination with Finance and Supply Chain Department.Prepares invoicing/billing to the customers and responsible for the retrieval of submitted/unsubmitted invoices.Provides support for the department in terms of coordination with the third-party service providers.May perform other duties as required or assigned.
