We have an outstanding Contract position for a Customer Service Representative to join a leading Company located in the Houston, TX surrounding area.
Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities (Answer in bound and make outbound calls. Understand and follow through with patient inquires, requests or complaints, Offer knowledgeable efficient and cheerful service).
Job Responsibilities: Process incoming faxes and save to the appropriate company directoriesUpdate patient database as requestedFocus on meeting SLA times of tasks establishedUpdate incorrect or missing informationProcess electronic communicationsProvide patient support to those patients who are not yet registered into systems so they may begin service with the monitor receivedSupply World Class Customer ServiceHave active listening, clear communication, empathy, timely response, problem-solving skillsUnderstand and follow through with the process on patient inquiries, requests and or complaintsPerform auditsCoordinate with other departments as neededProvide responsive and reliable hospitalityManage heavy Incoming and outgoing calls while maintaining a professional presence in all situationsPerform other related duties as assigned, including special projects
Basic Hiring Criteria:High School or equivalent and 0-1 years of experience
