Position:Customer Service RepresentativeJob Description:
1) Responsible for order to invoice process and manage backlog
2) Support sales team wtih direct customer contact - schedule inform & handle order related requets.
3) Communicate with supplier for schedule update, order change, and RMA etc.
Requirements and preferences
* 2years work experience in the related fields
* Experience in oracle use is preferred
* Ability to communicate in English is preferred
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) preferred
* Can-do attitude / Strong communication and teamwork skills
