Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage inbound and outbound customer calls
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction
• Accurately enter customer data into the system for record-keeping
• Deal with customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records
• Seamlessly handle email correspondence with customers
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various administrative tasks
• Accurately process customer credit applications
• Schedule appointments as per customer convenience and company requirements
• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions when necessary. Requirements • Proven experience in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous work in a call center customer service role is necessary, illustrating the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Exceptional customer service skills are a must, showcasing the ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs.
• Proficiency in data entry, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Experience in email correspondence, demonstrating detail oriented written communication and response management skills.
• The ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls, indicating adaptability and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required, demonstrating strong computer literacy and data management abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in order entry, showing the capability to process customer orders accurately and promptly.
