Summary – Customer Service Representative:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be based in Mineral Wells, TX and will report to the Customer Service Supervisor. At Jonell Systems, CSR’s are responsible for sales support activities while also working to optimize customer and sales team communication.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized and focused on deliverables that help the organization better serve our customer base. He or she will be able to communicate effectively while working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
The CSR will provide exceptional customer service by responding to all inquiries received.
ResponsibilitiesPrimary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Enhance customer relationships through serviceCommunicate effectively with customers and all other departmentsAccurately and thoroughly process, enter, and distribute information related to customer accounts, orders, requests for quotations and part numberingProvide product informationDetermine customer requirements, prepare and present quotationsProvide phone supportResponding to emails in a timely mannerPerform other duties as required by the Customer Service Supervisor or other leadership

Starting pay (hourly) $19.00 - $19.25.

QualificationsSkills and Experience – Customer Service Representative:
High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferredAbility to operate computer, with basic word processing knowledgeFiltration product specific experience preferredDemonstrate the ability to work collaboratively, across job functionsAbility to think strategically and execute tacticallyHigh energy, teamwork focused attitudeDemonstrate high level of written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate information, ideas, procedures, and processes in a logical sequenceStrong organizational, time management, and communication skills with the proven ability to work on multiple projects at once.Should be able to prioritize, work independently, and solve problems, working comfortably under pressureSolid punctuality / reliability required.
Team player able to contribute to the success of high performance, cross-functional team.
