Customer Service Representative
Job Description

We are looking for a skilled customer service representative to provide our valued customers with post-sales / invoicing resolution and consulting. You will lead and coordinate the end-to-end customer experience, from order to cash. Resolve customer service invoice related issues for complex, multi-country or multi-regional accounts.
Act as a liaison between customers and appropriate internal organizations such as Sales, Manufacturing, Collections, Logistics and Global Trade to resolve customer inquiries.
Must understand the need to comply with REPSE law and use the information managed in a confidential manner.

Please note this opportunity requires presently 1 day in the office. (Could be 2 or max 3 days at the office)

This role handles complex and confidential information, manages customer inquiries and invoicing. Ensures seamless invoicing, invoice administration, and changes requests.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, independent professional with a deep understanding of Mexico Tax Law, Invoicing systems and needs, and who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. 

Responsibilities:

Validate and process invoices for customers

Performs invoice verification

Reconcile information between internal databases

Process inquires and track invoices

Provides quality customer service to internal and external clients.

Manages confidential information and reports for REPSE

Answer telephone calls, chats and emails daily responding to internal or external customer

Leads initiatives and projects requiring coordination within the team and with other functions.

Solves a broad range of customer service-related problems of varying scope and complexity.

Works independently with minimal supervision, consulting on more complex issues when necessary.

Ideal candidate:

Proven experience as billing specialist or related scope.

Understands a complete order to cash cycle

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English and Spanish) with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers

Accuracy and close attention to detail

Team player and hard worker

Ability to multi-task

Ability to gather and review resources and select and synthesize data for reports and other written materials.

QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree or equivalent 4+ years of proven experience.High level of English language comprehension.Strong customer service orientation and knowledge of order to cash process.Proven record of working independently.Knowledge of SAP CRM and ideally ECC.Knowledge of Mexico Tax law, Invoicing systems andSAP experience is needed (CRM module and others) (test will be performed)Excellent skills in Excel. (test will be performed)Validate and process invoices for customersVerify contact data within internal databaseProactive, focused, and with an eye for detail.Strong project management skills and experience prioritizing and managing resources efficiently.Process inquiries and track orders and post-invoicing items.Lead confidential information and reports.Answer calls, chats, and emails daily, responding to internal or external customers.Teammate personality and effective interpersonal skills in teamwork, negotiation, and networking.

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
