As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls, process and review customer orders, coordinate with vendors, resolve customer issues, and ensure accuracy and compliance across all customer interactions.
What We Offer $16.50 per hour 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Opportunity for advancement Referral bonuses What We're Looking For Associate degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; OR 6+ months of related experience or training; OR Equivalent combination of education and experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to read and interpret documents, write reports, and work effectively with customers and sales Basic mathematical skills with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals Solid troubleshooting skills Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift 10 pounds What You’ll Do as a Customer Service Representative Provide telephone support to customers, Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), and consumers Handle all inbound calls in accordance with Call Quality Standards Coordinate with external vendors for art proofs and customer orders Assist with processing internal and external customer orders Receive, review, and submit order requests accurately and efficiently Verify customer orders for correct pricing, accuracy, and compliance Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BSG products, processes, and promotions Resolve basic to complex customer issues with effective solutions
