We are looking for a new **Customer Service Representative** to establish and maintain profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer. You will be responsible, as part of the Customer Service team, to ensure that all customers’ requirements and needs are completely met while upholding the company vision and mission. At work you will use English on a daily basis and our office will be based in Dubnica nad Vahom. **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following. + Managing customer orders, enquiries and supporting activities. + Collaborating with sales, logistics, fulfillment, and warehouse teams to ensure that we are delivering on our customer’s expectations. + Interacting with your fellow Customer Service team members, as needed, to ensure team goals are achieved. + Handling phone calls from customers with various questions and inquiries about Danfoss’s products and services.
