The Big Task  We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who understands the power of a warm welcome, a calm voice, and a well-handled call. Key Sub Tasks + Convert incoming client requests into booked service appointments. + Respond to client requests via phone, text and email, resolving issues and promoting the brand.   + Collaborate with field and office teams to create seamless service experiences. + Participate in training to boost booked calls. + Maintain and update client database with complete and accurate information. + Make outbound calls. + Be available for On-Call duties. Who You Are + Highly motivated – friendly, composed, and confident on the phone. + Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities. + A problem solver with analytical skills. + A great communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills. + IT competent: proficient with computer and phone systems. + High school education or equivalent. + Two years’ proven track record in customer service, preferred.
