Essential Job Responsibilities
Responsible for SKXD Customer service emails and service line.Assist with troubleshooting and answering any questions regarding placing new orders and order status of existing orders via email and phone call.Review online orders that are on HOLD.Process claims for FedEx/UPS on lost packages.Work with DC on getting return paperwork for shoes being returned and not showing in returns list.Work with various departments on quarterly F&F events – including code activation, GWO with graphics, submitting print job with office services, putting together retail memo, etc.Create biweekly retail memos for all Skechers Domestic, Puerto Rico, and Canada stores.Work with copy center on projects for store communications and slot all mailers that go to the retail store.Set up mobile truck events. Make sure truck drivers are well prepared for the visit. Input events to Apropos so they reflect IPAD. Add truck event details to SKX intranet.Input mobile truck sales into excel sheets for payroll deduction.Submit GWO for mobile truck flyers. Send to property at least 2 weeks in advance.Work with the SKX Graphics team on miscellaneous GWO for events, promotions, and tradeshows.Other duties as assigned.Job Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent1-3 years of experience in customer serviceThe hourly range for this position is $18.00-$22.00 per hour.
