**Global Service Center Overview:**
The Chevron Global Customer Service Center is a team of 400 Customer Service Center & Technology professionals, spread out in 17 countries across the globe which provides a cost-effective, effortless, and digitally enabled experience for our internal partners and external customers as they engage with Chevron across the globe.
Our Manila location is composed of 250 employees composed of supervisors, team leaders, subject matter experts and customer service representatives. We provide support to different regions where Chevron has a presence. Established in 2006 we pride ourselves in promoting the Chevron values of integrity, trust, diversity and inclusion, safety.
Chevron is accepting online applications for the **Customer Service Representative - APR Oronite** position.
**Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:**
+ Perform Order Fulfillment to regional customers in Asia Pacific.
+ Perform sales orders processing, delivery arrangement, billing and sales support.
+ Process and handle multi-type orders from AP region and local customers in Singapore.
+ Validate Customer Purchase Orders or Letter of Credits against compliance, supply policy, forecast, sales agreement, contract and general terms and conditions.
+ Negotiate or resolve any discrepancies prior to processing the order.
+ Track order status and provide regular feedback to the customers and sales team.
+ Liaise and coordinate with various work groups to resolve pricing, inventory, credit, quality and supply issues.
+ Arrange and coordinate pre-shipment inspection for countries with regulated import restrictions.
+ Ensure strict corporate compliance for all orders processed.
+ Seek legal counsel approval for orders shipped to Middle East and boycotting countries.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Basic computer software knowledge (MS Office applications)
+ Demonstrate knowledge and use of basic principles of customer service and or distribution and logistics
+ At least 3 years’ experience in field of customer service or distribution and logistics
+ Demonstrates good problem-solving skills with guidance
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Awareness of International Shipping terms 2000 and 2010 with export logistics experience
**Relocation Options:**
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
**International Considerations:**
Selected candidate will work in the Philippines under the local payroll system and benefits.
