The BHC (Bemis Health Care) Customer Service Representative plays a frontline role in providing customer support and handling all phases of purchase order fulfillment from receipt through delivery and any necessary follow-up of proprietary and OEM products.  This position will act as a liaison between the Customer, Sales Reps, and all internal Bemis departments such as Production, Receivables, Engineering, Quality, and Shipping. 

Specific Responsibilities:
*Answer customer inquiries with clarity in a timely fashion regarding products, pricing, deliveries, samples, returns, etc.
*Understand and implement necessary processes to facilitate the acceptance, fulfillment and follow up of both domestic and international purchase orders.
*Develop a strong relationship between the customers, reps and the Bemis departments, assuring highest level of service.
*Understand the customers expectations and any buying agreements as well as the customer’s pricing program.
*Quickly, decisively and accurately coordinate, implement, and fulfill customer driven requirements.
*Assist customers, sales managers and reps with technical and non-technical product related questions.
*Prepare necessary export shipment paperwork, assuring compliance.  Work with Shipping to solicit freight quotes.
*Obtain thorough understanding of Bemis product line, market, competition, and strategies in place.
*Participate in QOS work to achieve customer scorecard goals.
*Actively engage in efforts to improve methods to benefit the customer and the effective operation of the department.
