Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)
Description

Answers incoming calls to the customer service team. - Receives customer inquiries and complaints. - Answers questions and provides information about services. - Clearly and accurately documents issues. - Resolves customer inquiries relating to transportation; communicates resolution to customers. Other duties as assigned.Experience Preferred: - Up to 2 years of customer service or basic office experience preferred.  Skills and Knowledge Required: 2 years customer service or basic office experience preferred - Basic to intermediate computer knowledge/PC experience required - Proven interpersonal skills dealing with the public required - pleasant telephone voice/manner required - Strong verbal communication and listening skills are required.Must be bilingual, proficient in speaking and understanding English and Spanish. - Ability to communicate well via the written word or verbally -Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and exhibit good interpersonal skills with others, at all levels both internal and external -Must be able to deal patiently and friendly with external customer problems and complaints and remain courteous when faced with difficult or angry customers -Must be a team player yet able to work well independently - Must be able to work on various shifts or flexible work schedules -Must have familiarity of local service area Starting pay rate $ 20.49 Eligible for benefits after 30 days of employment PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
