Role
Overview:
The Customer Service Representative for Bio Bidet will
be responsible for all phases of order fulfillment from receipt of order until
delivery of all products to the customer.
Specific Responsibilities:
Offer Technical and Customer Care support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.Assist customers with questions and problems; research and provide a resolution. Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy and build rapport. Provide technical and customer care support and troubleshoot regarding Bio Bidet product line, in accordance with Customer Service policies. Place and process orders for customer through internal portals (Shopify). Document and track inquiries via CRM (Zendesk).Act as liaison for customer and Sales and Marketing, as well as other areasReact promptly to coordinate, communicate, and implement customer driven requirements.Acquire and provide knowledgeable product data for customers.Proactively communicate order status updates to Sales and Marketing, as well as the Warehouse.Proactively keep the customer informed as to the status of their order.Provide cross support within the department to ensure full time phone and e-mail availability for quality service and responsiveness.Actively engage in efforts to improve methods to benefit the customer and the effective operation of the department.Interact as needed regarding quality issues and projects and collaborate with Bio Bidet personnel, Marketing, Sales Reps and Customers.Track incoming product returns and incoming product replacements for testing.
