Key Responsibilities + Communicate with customers through inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell discounted vacation packages. + Persuade customers through proven sales techniques to purchase packages in exchange for attending a tour of the company's resort. + Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout each call. + Track and report daily sales and confirmed packages. Requirements + High school diploma or equivalent. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Previous experience in a call center or sales environment desired.
