Summary
JOB SUMMARY: Under general supervision, assists customers with inquiries regarding physician and facility accounts, billing, insurance information, budget plans, and reimbursements. Resolves these concerns in accordance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines for the LifeBridge Health Contact Center and Practice Dynamics, Inc.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
HS Diploma/GED preferred Minimum one year experience in high volume call center managing patient inquiries regarding bills After sucessful training, will work one day per week in Owings Mills office and one day per week on Northwest Hospital campus.
