The HME Customer Service Representative is accountable for serving as an on-site resource for services and processing referrals/sales/rentals as appropriate for branch location. Contacts the appropriate service line representative when additional services and/or specific information is requested. Is consistently alert to customer's needs and brings information to the Leadership Team planning effort.Education and/or Experience
One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.Work Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm; 80hrs/2wksPay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$17.50 - $22.00 per hour
