Working Location: Ngau Tau Kok

\n

Working Hours: 5 days per week with 42.5 work hours, during7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.on Monday to Sunday including public holidays.

Responsibilities:

\n\nWork in Customer Service call centre, manage calls from Customer Service hotline, Email, Live Chat and provide quality service to both local and overseas customers\nHandle order booking and shipment tracking to provide one-stop solution \nSeize upselling and cross-selling opportunity of valued added services\nWork with team members to achieve overall CS performance standards\n\n
