You will collaborate with sales, supply chain, and warehouse teams, overseeing the entire order-to-cash process. Responsibilities What you’ll be doing: + + Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales team and distributors in the DACH region, ensuring seamless communication and support. + Ensure efficient and smooth order processing, balancing economic efficiency with exceptional customer service. + Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records and sales area files. + Collect, validate, and manage master data to ensure accuracy and consistency. + Prepare colleagues for backup roles and step in as a backup during absences, supporting both customer service and logistics functions. + Deliver timely and accurate customer service, ensuring adherence to all internal procedures. + Collaborate with the finance department to follow up on overdue invoices and ensure resolution. + Plan shipments effectively, ensuring warehouse staff receives precise instructions for efficient delivery preparation. Qualifications What will make you successful? + Bachelor’s degree and experience within Customer Service/Supply Chain. + Fluent German and English. + Customer-oriented approach. + Positive and growth mindset. + Expertise in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
