Supports change management with the integration of new processes, structures, or technologies into the department, planning and executing with a consistent growth mindset.
This position is part of the Customer Service Team located in Guelph and will be hybrid (4 days at the office, 1 day at home)

In this role, a typical day will look like:
Provide first-level customer service on product, order entry and customer inquiries
Ensure requests are handled appropriately by coordinating with various functions within the company.
Exceptional call handling soft skills, possessing the ability to conduct active listening while being empathetic and reassuring the customer.
Collaborate with Sales and Channel Partners to support strategies and customer satisfaction
Approaches problems flexibly - adapting and modifying approaches without compromising the outcome
The essential requirements of the job include:
Minimum 2+ years of customer-facing experience
Prior experience working in a corporate environment, specifically handling high volume of phone calls and emails.
Demonstrates a passion for customer service, ownership of the customer experience and determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in CRM (Salesforce) and customer experience.
