The Role\: Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls and support tickets from customers and contractors for general inquiries and project updates for Qmerit EV charging home installations.

What will you do? 

·  Accept 30-60 inbound phone calls per day from Qmerit customers and/or contractors.

·  Assist callers with general FAQs or simple project status updates.

·  Direct/escalate callers to Concierge or Level 2 US, Canadian or UK team as necessary via phone transfer or service ticket creation.

·  Respond to customer emails via phone, Hubspot or redirect to a supervisor or account specialist as necessary
