About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative I to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound call center operations. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Minimum Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent + 1+ years of experience in a customer service role + Experience with customer relationship management systems + Proficiency in Salesforce.com platform + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: + Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field + Experience in a manufacturing or related industry Responsibilities: + Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries and concerns + Providing accurate and timely information to customers + Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service + Recording customer interactions and transactions + Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues Skills: As a Customer Service Representative I, you will utilize your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide top-notch customer service to our clients.
