Job Duties Assist customer service department with all customer service needs including; customer inquiries, web order support and order placement, order tracking, website updates. Provide outstanding customer service over the telephone, email, and chat. Assist retail store customers with questions regarding the website and product line. Place website orders for customers as needed. Trace and track packages for lost/damaged orders Assist customer with returns Process corrections for the website Product support for the full website product line. Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures.
