Adecco is assisting their client with their search for a Customer Service Representative. **Type:** 40hrs/wk. Contract **Start Date: 1-2 weeks.** **Location:** ALBANY OR 97322 (Remote will be available depending on your location) **Pay:** **16.00** **Duration: Temp- to- Hire** **Shift:** **Candidates must be available to work between 7:00a-12:00a ET everyday including one or both weekend days. They will have 2 days off. **Training Schedule: 8:00a-5:00p PT/11:00a-8:00p ET M-F **Description:** ***Hiring Bonus: $500 paid in two installments - $250 at 90 days and $250 at 6 months - must be employed at the time of payout. **10% differential offered AFTER training if shift starts after 12:00p PT and/or working on a weekend. Follows standard screens/ scripts to perform tasks. Resolves many questions and problems, refers more difficult items to higher levels for guidance. Knowledgeable of company products & services. May assess customer needs and suggest alternative products or services. Research contract issues for supporting departments such as Claims for Service Recruitment. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES** : Applies and develops basic skills to procedures for the position.: Good verbal and written communication skills Active listening skills. **EDUCATION** : High School Diploma or GEDEXPERIENCE: 0-2 years general experience in an office setting or customer service experience. **OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS: COMPETENCIES** : Systematically gathers information necessary to consider alternatives before deciding.
