Customer Service Representative II
Join the Adecco team as a Customer Service Rep II! You’ll be the go-to person for helping customers, working with delivery drivers, and making sure everything runs smoothly. If you love talking to people and solving problems, this is the role for you! **What You’ll Do:** + Answer customer calls and help with questions or issues. + Keep track of delivery drivers and make sure things stay on schedule. + Check in with customers to see how we’re doing and fix any problems. + Review driver notes to make sure everything’s on point. + Make calls to customers and document what happens. + Help dispatch drivers and track their routes. + Enter data and create daily reports to track performance. + Stay calm and professional while solving customer problems. **What You Need:** + 1+ year in customer service (bonus if you’ve worked in a call center). + Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Able to juggle multiple tasks on a computer. **Nice to Have:** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. + Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills. **Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
