About this Role: The Beauty Advisor will support the Hair Care/Color and Skin/Cosmetic categories by responding to consumer contacts via multiple channels. This role involves providing expert knowledge to consumers, salons, and other sources, building sustainable relationships, and offering insights for continuous product and service improvement. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: - Display a professional company image through voice and online interactions. - Engage with consumers on various digital channels, including social media. - Meet established quality standards in all contacts across all channels. - Ensure optimal service levels by maximizing resources. - Recognize and recommend new ways to influence consumers in their purchase decisions. - Adhere to assigned schedules, which may include evening and/or Saturday hours, and offer schedule flexibility to support business needs. - Compose custom responses that clearly address consumer issues. - Identify opportunities for improvement in policies or processes and lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. - Support the voice of the consumer by collecting insights as requested by the brands, CMI, digital, and e-commerce teams. Product Expertise: - Possess expert product knowledge within the Métier. - Assist consumers in finding appropriate products and educate them on product usage. - Identify cross-selling opportunities and introduce consumers to new products and services. - Build relationships with each consumer who contacts our brands. - Document all consumer interactions and alert management of trends. - Communicate consumer conversation contents accurately to support consumer insights. - Participate in focus groups or discussions with stakeholders. - Resolve issues fairly, balancing consumer needs with organizational goals. - Document product issues for product improvement or development. - Accurately enter required information in the CRM and surveys to ensure data integrity.
