We are looking for entry level part-time or full-time Customer Service Representatives for an immediate start. This is a great opportunity to assist the Company in supporting its client, one of the world’s largest insurance companies in a fun, vibrant team.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Sales! converting warm leads to life insurance and income protection sales.  All calls are warm customer leads, ZERO cold calling! Promoting and educating current and potential customers on insurance products and services  Developing and maintaining accurate product knowledge Effectively use a range of technology and telephone solutions to deliver on sales/ customer requirements.
