**Position Summary** Adecco is assisting a local client located on the North Side of Houston in hiring an **Intake Representative** . This role involves accurately copying data from PDF faxes into the client’s enrollment system, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency. We look forward to speaking with qualified candidates!_** **POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATION** • Process incoming faxes and save to the appropriate company directories • Maintain patient database in accordance with HIPAA and Company protocol to ensure all patient information is current and up-to-date. • Proficient in the use and mechanics of all Company Cardiac Event Monitors • Clearly communicate information to patients and internal customers • Remains aware and takes care of details that are easy to overlook or dismiss as insignificant. • Ability to be consistent and reliable • Earns others trust and respect through consistent honesty and professionalism in all interactions. • Ability to readily modify, respond, or change with minimal personal resistance • Ability to effectively hear, understand and follow directions or instructions • Stays focused on tasks in spite of distractions and interruptions. • The ability to see and appreciate the value of conducting business affairs according to the intent of Client policies and standards • Prioritize and complete tasks within allotted time frames • The job requires decisiveness, quick response, fast action. The job will repeatedly face important deadlines that must be met on time • Other duties as assigned **PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS** • One to two years of experience in a customer service or data entry role • Must be able to handle a high volume of work • Experience working with confidential information • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office • Ability to work in a fast paced environment • Capable of operating a multi-line telephone system • Ability to type accurately. • Bilingual is a plus **WORKING ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS** • Sitting for extended periods of time will be required • Standing and walking periodically required • Use of hands repetitively to type, handle, and operate standard office equipment will be required • Ability to hear high and low pitch tones • Employee will work under typical office conditions Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, with rotating Weekends Temp to Hire **Pay Details:** $15.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
