Integrity Insurance, in Tom Wood Company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The CSR would provide support to our team and customers in various ways. We represent a network of insurance providers including, but not limited to, Safeco, Nationwide, Progressive, Travelers, State Auto, to name a few.
Responsibilities:
Primary contact on incoming phone calls Answer customer questions and follow up on unresolved issues Process policy changes for clients Update client information as it is needed Obtain/secure all “Trailing Documents” from clientsContact renewals to discuss rates, coverage and discountsFollow up on all inspections and resolves rejections Coordinates claims for clients Coordinates client onboarding process using our agency contact system Maintaining consistent high customer satisfaction Proficient in general office duties
Qualifications:
REQUIRED- Property and Casualty License1-2 years minimum experience Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to accept rejection and stay calm under pressure Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
