Our client (an industrial manufacturer) is seeking to fill the position of “CSR/Order Desk”. This is a multi function role that requires an individual to work with a number of different departments within the company. This role is responsible for receiving and processing orders, credits and escalations in a timely and efficient manner. The role must maintain good customer relations by telephone and e-mail communicating order information, handling customer complaints, and processing expedites. Full time in office permanent role. Salary: 50K-55K. Mon-Fri: 8:30-5:00pm. Benefits: Yes- After 3 months. Great bonus opportunities. Great work environment and growth opportunities.
