Purpose:
Roti is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to provide excellent service to our customers while managing inquiries through email and calls, and processing catering orders. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer requests efficiently. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Location, Schedule & Compensation:
Part-time position with flexible scheduling based on business needs.May require availability on weekends or peak business days.Hourly Rate: $20.00/hr Location: This position will work onsite out of our Corporate Office in Chicago, IL Tuesday– Thursday.What that looks like day to day:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.Assist customers with placing, modifying, and tracking catering orders, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.Provide detailed information on menu options, pricing, and order policies.Coordinate with internal teams, such as kitchen staff and delivery personnel, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.Address and resolve customer concerns or escalate issues as needed.Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and customer interactions.Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a high-quality service experience.Support additional administrative tasks related to customer service and order processing as needed.Requirements & Essential Competencies:
Previous experience in customer service, food service, or order management preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with computers, online ordering systems, and basic office software.Friendly, patient, and customer-focused demeanor.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.We are proud to be an EEO/AA employer.
