We are currently looking for a Customer Reconciliation Specialist to join us at our facility in Asturias.   

Are you a detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver who enjoys working in a team environment? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Accounting Intern. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and reconciling customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and compliance with financial regulations.

Key responsibilities:

Manage customer accounts, including invoice creation and accounts receivable information in SAP.Communicate changes related to customer master data to the Sales team.Proactively follow up on late payments and coordinate dispute resolution with relevant departments.Process invoice corrections, price adjustments, and credit returns.Responsible for central billing accounting and reconciliation of related receivables.Send customers account balance confirmations.Ensure compliance with national and international financial regulations, tax, and accounting requirements.

Key requirements:

Bachelor's or Master´s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Min 2 years of experience in Customer account management, reconciliation and financial reporting.Microsoft Excel skills.Experience with SAP or similar financial accounting software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, following company policies and procedures.Self-motivated with the capacity to take initiative and adhere to company guidelines.
