PRIMARY PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day business operations within the Customer Service Department as an initial point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating order activities with Production and Logistics personnel to ensure customer centric processes and activities are followed. This role consist of, but is not limited to the following responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:Clear and concise communication with customers (via Email and Phone)Ensure accuracy of data relative to order entryPrint customer ordersCopy ordersConvert internal requisitions into ordersBuild shortage data and production spreadsheetsAdjust inventoryMatch and file daily invoicesProcess loaded ordersInvestigate Lot tracking issuesReview expiration datesArrange LTL and UPS shipmentsProcess batch ticketsParticipates in inventory reconciliationsPromotes Safety and Quality first, then productionPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Verifiable history within the customer service sectorComputer skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience with Oracle a plusHistory of working safely and a reputation for promoting and getting involved in safety improvement effortsRelated Industry KnowledgeTHE CANDIDATE:Work accurately; be proactive and detail orientedService oriented and strong organizational skillsHigh work standards and ability to work in fast paced environmentAbility to work independently and in a team environmentDisplay an enthusiastic, professional, and customer centric approachExcited about this role but don’t meet every requirement listed?
