About the Role: As a CSR Team Lead, you will manage and support a small team (2-3 CSRs) while handling key administrative and customer service functions. Your role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer interactions, and efficient scheduling. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and support a small team of CSRs to ensure top-notch customer service. * Convert inbound leads into booked appointments for our sales team. * Process customer payments and manage sales contract data entry. * Oversee office supply orders and ensure the office runs smoothly. * Provide scheduling and installation support to optimize workflow. * Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
