About the Role:
As a CSR Team Lead, you will manage and support a small team (2-3 CSRs) while handling key administrative and customer service functions. Your role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer interactions, and efficient scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a small team of CSRs to ensure top-notch customer service. Convert inbound leads into booked appointments for our sales team. Process customer payments and manage sales contract data entry. Oversee office supply orders and ensure the office runs smoothly. Provide scheduling and installation support to optimize workflow. Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

A friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Dependability and attention to detail in handling administrative tasks. Experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative roles preferred. Leadership skills with a passion for guiding and mentoring a small team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus.
