Customer Service Representative (Temporary)

A construction company in Tampa is seeking a dedicated and professional Temporary Customer Service Representative to join their team for approximately 6-8 weeks. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and make calls to provide exceptional customer service by professionally receiving and processing all service requests.
Collaborate with Sales Account Managers (SAMs) to develop proposals and follow up with customers to increase closing ratios.
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and collection of receivables.
Maintain regular communication with Service Technicians, SAMs, and customers to coordinate service and ensure satisfaction.
Assist in preparing activity reports, proposals, bids, service agreements, and other sales materials.
Meet scheduled deadlines and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience, preferably in the roofing or construction industry (not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using office software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
