Responsibilities:  

Serve as primary point of contact for customers visiting or calling the collision centerProcess payments, invoices, and other paperwork associated with repair servicesAddress concerns or issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction with completed repairsOther duties as assigned 

Qualifications:  

Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and insurance representatives both verbally and in writingPrior customer service experience preferredBasic understanding of automotive repair processes and terminology is preferredComfortable using computer software Compassionate and patient demeanor when dealing with customers who might be stressed due to their vehicle being damaged.MUST have a valid driver’s license with a clean record
