Customer Service Representative - Warehouse

What You Can Expect

Responsible for processing orders, quotations, returns, credits, invoices, and other shipping documents. Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, visitors, and Health Care Professionals regarding activities, offices, and employees within the organization. Performs varied and diverse office clerical duties. Requires knowledge of office systems and office procedures. Duties may include a combination of answering telephones, purchase order processing, typing, office machine operation, document scanning, and filing. This role has a schedule of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and is on-site.

How You'll Create Impact Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requestsObtain customers' names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased, and enter this information on order formsCoordinate billing with customers to request/receive purchase ordersProcess purchase orders and order restock of inventoryAnswer pricing and product inquiriesPrepare customer pricing proposals (quotes) for Company product linesAssist in obtaining necessary information from the applicable system used for pricing and sales analysis, bid preparation, sales reporting, and special projectsExecute contract maintenance and inform customers of pricing contract changes Process emergency ordersOther duties as assigned

What Makes You Stand Out Excellent telephone skills and the ability to handle multiple daily telephone calls in a positive manner Ability to develop and maintain positive relationship with dealers, customers, subsidiaries, U.S. divisions, and outside service companies (banks, transportation companies, freight forwarders)Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to write legibly with correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation Ability to analyze situations and resolve problems (i.e., consolidate shipments from various suppliers and ensure documentation for export is correct) Effective working in teams to achieve the department’s objectivesSAP experience preferredMS Excel and MS Word experience preferredServiceMax experience preferredSpecial Requirements: Must be lift up to 50 poundsYour Background High School Diploma or equivalentOne Year of prior Customer Service experience preferredTravel Expectations

This role has an hourly rate of $20-23/hr
