Job Description:

Within the group, Nobel Biocare is an implantology business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.

In this role you will be responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals.

What is your role going to look like?

· Together with 9 team members you will be supporting French market

· Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams

· Big part of your day will be order management- receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in SAP.

· You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients

· You can expect receiving requests primarily via email (CRM) or phone.

This Job is also suitable for persons with disabilities; attendance required – disabled-accessible building.

Job Requirements:

· Native or close to native in French

· Fluent in English

· Customer centric approach

· Good communication skills (efficient, friendly and positive)

· Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement

· Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools

· Organizational skills and attention to details
