Responsible for providing information about an insurance company’s products to its clients. Respond to inbound customer inquiries and resolving complaints or forwarding them to the appropriate department for solution. Communicate any changes in policy to existing and prospective clients. Understand the company’s insurance policies and products and be able to tell whether a policy covers a type of loss or not.
