Key Responsibilities
Order Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for receiving, processing, and verifying domestic orders via SFDC, email, and customer EDI, ensuring accurate order entry in line with defined procedures.
End-to-End Support: Manage the entire inquiry and order process, including delivery instructions, shipment coordination, and co-working with the business team on account receivable collections.
Proactive Monitoring: Track open orders and take timely action to promote on-time delivery, ensuring alignment with customer promise dates.
Customer Issue Resolution: Provide first-call resolution for order changes and other service requests, escalating complex issues promptly and effectively to internal partners.
Relationship Building: Foster professional, quality-driven relationships with customers, delivering superior service and collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve customer satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and external warehouses to understand and meet customer requirements.
Compliance & Reporting: Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and legislative requirements, while providing sales-related insights (e.g., sales order vs. forecast data) to the business team.
System Expertise: Act as the primary contact for SAP Order-to-Cash processes, leveraging tools like SAP, SFDC, and Microsoft Office to optimize operations.
