Job Description:
Location: Monroe Township, New Jersey
Our client in Monroe, NJ is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in their busy office attached to their warehouse.
Responsibilities:
• Bilingual English and Spanish CSR
• Customer Service Rep with experience and familiar with delivery and scheduling of freight trucks
• Ready to Schedule System where customers are sent text messages and emails regarding order & delivery information
Desired Background/Skills:
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Experienced working with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experienced working with office equipment such as copiers, scanning documents, phone systems, etc.
• Customer Service mindset, at least 1 year of previous work experience in an office or call center environment, not retail
Other Information:
Shift Details:
• 1st shift: 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
