Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Wichita Falls, United States. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers.

Greet customers warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impressionAnswer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficientlyProcess customer orders and transactions accurately using our point-of-sale systemProvide product information and assist customers in making informed decisionsHandle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalismMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfactionStay updated on company policies, promotions, and product knowledgePerform additional tasks as assigned by management

QualificationsExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitudeStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesProficiency in operating cash registers and basic computer skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectivelyFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatoryTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleaguesAttention to detail and strong organizational skills
