\n\nWe are seeking Customer Service Resident Experience Specialists for a hybrid opportunity supporting the Customer department of a large, National Property Management organization. The Customer Service Resident Experience Specialist is responsible to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that residents experience world class support and satisfaction. The Customer Service Resident Experience will be the primary point of contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and requests. The responsibility is to engage directly with customers, providing information and resolving inquiries related to our residents, including rent, maintenance, and other forms of assistance.
\n\nThe Customer Service Resident Experience Specialist Responsibilities:
\n\n\n\t\n\tCommunicate clearly, compassionately, and with empathy when speaking with residents and internal team members
\n\t\n\t\n\tDemonstrates curiosity and a willingness to go above and beyond to offer an exceptional resident experience
\n\t\n\t\n\tHandle inbound and outbound calls related to maintenance and various resident request involving their account
\n\t\n\t\n\tProvide assistance, information, and support to residents regarding their queries, concerns, or requests
\n\t\n\t\n\tAddress and resolve resident issues, complaints, or inquiries effectively and in a timely manner
\n\t\n\t\n\tUphold a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, fostering a positive relationship with residents
\n\t\n\t\n\tResolve resident phone requests, ensuring satisfaction
\n\t\n\t\n\tLog resident interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, via internal systems
\n\t\n\t\n\tAnswer a high volume of calls with the goal of resolving the residents needs
\n\t\n\t\n\tHave a thorough understanding of the services offered to provide accurate information to residents
\n\t\n\t\n\tCoordinate with the internal departments to find solutions and resolve matters
\n\t\n\t\n\tPromptly follow up with the customer to ensure they are satisfied with your answer
\n\t\n\t\n\tAbility to learn multiple computer software systems and accurately input information into the database
\n\t\n\t\n\tAbility to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside of the department
\n\t\n\n\nThe Customer Service Resident Experience Specialist Requirements:
\n\n? High school diploma or GED
\n\n\n\t\n\tPrevious customer service or call center experience is a plus
\n\t\n\t\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n\t\n\t\n\tAbility to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude
\n\t\n\t\n\tExcellent Customer Service skills required
\n\t\n\t\n\tExtremely organized
\n\t\n\t\n\tDetail oriented
\n\t\n\t\n\tMust be able to deal with situations and issues proactively and persistently
\n\t\n\t\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills required
