About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our clients in the automotive sector. You’ll manage inquiries, orders, and support requests with professionalism and efficiency, helping to strengthen long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for B2B customers, managing queries related to orders, deliveries, product availability, and account support. Accurately process and monitor customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and communication. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance, Technical Support) to resolve customer issues and ensure service excellence. Maintain a strong understanding of our automotive product portfolio and service offerings. Track and follow up on backorders, returns, and warranty claims. Identify and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools. Prepare reports and insights on customer service performance and trends.
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role within a B2B environment. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred, but not required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluent English – both written and verbal communication is essential. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. A team player with a proactive and professional approach.CV's in English are mandatory
