Customer Service & Sales Support Representative German Speaker

We are currently looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative German Speaker to join us at our facility in Łódź.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) receives and processes customer orders, providing service information to external customers and potential customers. This role involves handling various types of orders, including complex and export orders, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

Customer Interaction & Order Management – Serve as the primary customer contact, managing orders from inquiry to completion, proactively communicating delays, and maintaining strong customer relationships.Compliance & Process Adherence – Follow quality system requirements (QS 9000, ISO), ensuring adherence to desk procedures and policies.Data & Financial Management – Maintain customer master data, process complex orders, resolve credit issues, and issue invoice adjustments.Sales & Forecast Support – Monitor sales performance, follow up on forecast variations, and provide reports to support Sales teams.

Key requirements:

Fluent in English and German is mandatory.SAP experience (must-have).Experience with Salesforce is a plus.Background in planning or logistics is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
