Customer Service Senior Analyst - CuraScript SD - Hybrid - Lake Mary, FL

As a Digital Onboarding Customer Service Senior Analyst, you will represent CuraScript SD as we onboard customers to CuraScript SD’s online ordering platforms.  This role resides within Digital Services and will collaborate closely with external customers, outside vendors and internal technology teams.  This position is crucial to ensuring: coordination of efforts, timely implementations and internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations are exceeded.   

What you’ll do:

Onboard customers to CuraScript SD’s online ordering platform and CSOS OnlineAssist with TroubleshootingAccept transfer calls/emails to assist customersInteract with cross-organizational partners to provide the best possible user experienceCross-train and support Commerce and CSOS Online team members Other duties as designated

What you’ll need:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience2+ years customer service and project coordination experienceExcellent communication skills; written and oralStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Visio, Jira and SAPProven analytical and technical abilities with an innovative results oriented mindsetAdvanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with associates at all levels, including leadership, as well as other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutionsDemonstrated ability to handle difficult conversations in a professional mannerAbility to adapt to a dynamic working environment and make independent decisions


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
