Your Role

A great opportunity has opened for a Customer Service Representative role for Spain, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position involves assisting with various administrative tasks related to customer service operations, including report preparation and correspondence. Collaboration with team members is essential for optimizing processes and enhancing service efficiency. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions is crucial to ensure all data is up-to-date.

 

This position is limited to one year.

 

Who you are

Law degree or relevant educational background.Proven experience in customer service, with a strong ability to handle complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.Excellent communication skills in Spanish and basic knowledge of English and German.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Adaptable, responsible, and a team player with a commitment to continuous improvement.
