Client Services Coordinator
DEP is seeking an experienced, full-time, motivated, team-oriented Client Services Coordinator/Account Executive with outstanding written/verbal communication and analytical skills. Automotive experience is a plus!
Responsibilities:
+ Maintaining and building client relationships
+ Provide professional support to enhance the customers’ experience
+ Train/Educate clients on Dealer eProcess products
+ Staying on top of industry trends
+ Conduct dealer training
+ Work closely with various departments to ensure dealer satisfaction
+ Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
Required Skills:
+ Excellent presentation, communication, and customer service skills
+ Must be organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
+ Ability to manage multiple accounts
+ The ability to remain cool under pressure
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
